PCC- Cape Canaveral Plant Water Heater Project. The second of two water heating system projects (Riviera Plant completed September '09) at FP&L's recently retired plant commences. This project (just as with Riviera) is to provide replacement warm water in the cooler months for manatees while the plant is decommissioned and rebuilt.See more here
